Renewable Technology
Underfloor Heating Now is proud to distribute the Kensa heatpump range and can now offer a complete heating solution. Kensa Engineering are manufacturers of high quality heat pumps designed specifically for the unique needs of the UK market.
Throughout the last ten years, rising fuel costs and increasing concerns about the availability of many fuels has generated growing interest and the more recent introduction of significant financial grants has allowed the technology to become mainstream.
What are Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP)?

The ground surrounding any property acts like a giant battery being continually renewed by the sun and the percolation of rainwater. A heat pump extracts this FREE ENERGY and uses it to provide space heating and domestic hot water. When linked to UNDERFLOOR HEATING, 4kW of energy is provided for each kilowatt used to power the heat pump, which means much lower fuel bills. Further savings are available if the heating system's controls are linked to off-peak Economy Ten tariffs.
The heat pump technology is well-established and the performance is guaranteed.
