ORDERING AND DELIVERY
Underfloor Heating Now Ltd reserves the right to decline any orders placed.
Our aim is to deal with your order quickly and efficiently. As soon as we receive payment, we will process your order straightaway. We aim to work on a 72 hour delivery from stocked items. Next-day is often possible for orders received before 13.00. Special deliveries (early morning, Saturdays etc) can be arranged at an extra cost. Certain items may be on an extended delivery time. "Ex Factory" indicates a lead time of 7 days should be expected.
We will advise you of the estimated delivery time when you place the order and will keep you fully informed of the progress of the order until delivery.
Carriage charge (if appropriate) will be added on to the total of your order.
The final price of the goods at the checkout will include VAT.
From the time you place the order to the time you receive the goods we will keep you up to date by email or telephone.

Orders will need to be signed for on delivery. Please check the boxes carefully before signing. If a box is damaged, please note the box is damaged on the docket when signing. Shortages and damage should be reported to us within 48 hours. Our carriers deliver between 8.30 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. When we receive your order we will process to go out on the next available courier.
Please note our carrier makes only one attempt at delivery. If a delivery day has been arranged and you are then not available to receive the goods on the due day or you refuse the goods, you will be required to pay any extra carriage costs incurred.
ORDERS TO BE COLLECTED
When you have placed an order to be collected, we will contact you to confirm that the goods are reserved for you.
Our premises are open for collections Monday to Friday bettween 7.30 am and 4 pm.
(Distance Selling Act – Does not include items purchased from our premises) If you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased you may return them for a refund within 7 days. The goods are to be returned at your own expense. If you require us to arrange collection of an item, please contact us for a quote. Goods should be in an unused resalable condition, with their original packaging. The refund excludes the cost of post/carriage of goods to yourself. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods in their original condition. The above excludes bespoke items. Self assembly items cannot be refunded if assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is faulty. When returning items please remember to take an envelope to tape to the outside of the packaging, containing your name, address and order number or receipt number.
If a fault develops on an item you have purchased within the first 28 days of receipt, we will give you a replacement or refund following verification at the Service Centre. No collection/carriage fees will be charged.
If a fault should develop after 28 days but within the guarantee period (12 months unless otherwise stated), we will send out spare parts free of charge wherever possible. The item may need to be returned to our Service Centre for repair/inspection. If the fault is due to a manufacturing defect, a repair/replacement will be carried out/sent out free of charge.
If a product is damaged due to accident or misuse we will quote for repairs on receipt of the goods at our Service Centre. Please note you will also be charged for any carriage costs incurred. Please contact us if you need advice.
OUT OF GUARANTEE
For items which develop faults outside the guarantee period, we will be pleased to quote for repairs.
All specifications given are intended as a guide and are approximate. Representations of colours are approximate, only due to the limitations of photographic and printing processes. While every effort has been taken to ensure accuracy, we cannot accept responsibility for omissions or errors.
PRICES AND DISCOUNTS
Any applicable discount will be shown in your shopping cart after you have made your product selections.
This offer does not apply to Shipping or any Tools & Accessories you have purchased.
All items are inclusive of VAT. Prices displayed on our website are correct to the best of our knowledge and maintained on a regular basis. In the event of an order being placed against an accidental incorrect price, we will endeavour to inform the purchaser of the error within seven days of the purchase being made, we will allow the purchaser to either cancel the order or choose to pay the additional difference in price.
REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing’. While this padlock is displayed all communications between you and the web page and server are encrypted and secure.
First Orders: Please note, if this is your first order we can ONLY ship to your billing address for security reasons.
Your billing address will be checked against your card issuers records, if not correct this may cause your order to be delayed or cancelled.
Once your order has been delivered you will be able to download a Simplified VAT invoice, to download your invoice just log into your account, go to My Account Information click the view order button, where a download PDF invoice link will be available.
A full VAT invoice is available on request, normally this is only required on orders over £250.00.
